What it does

  • Log your period in one tap, and fix any day later on the calendar.
  • A full daily log: flow, spotting, symptoms and how strong they are, moods, discharge, ovulation and pregnancy tests, morning temperature, sex, pill, medicines, sleep, weight, water, activity and notes. Reorder it to suit you.
  • Next-period estimates as a range of likely and possible days, worked out on your iPhone, each with a plain "How this was worked out".
  • Calendar in month and year views, with your logged days and estimates clearly marked.
  • Insights from your own logs: cycle history, patterns by phase, how past estimates did, and charts of cycle length, temperature, weight, water and sleep.
  • A PDF report for your clinician, made on your iPhone and shared only when you choose.
  • Modes for where you are: tracking periods, trying to conceive, pregnancy (week and due date), after birth, and perimenopause.
  • Birth control support: pill, patch and ring schedules, and reminders for pill, ring, patch, injection and IUD checks.
  • Learn: short articles in plain language, with sources from public health bodies. Built in, and they work offline.
  • Reminders that stay on your iPhone, off until you turn them on, and discreet by default.
  • Partner sharing, if you want it: pick exactly what to share, like your next period range. Your partner gets a read-only view, and you can stop any time.
  • Apple Health, if you want it: bring in your history and save what you log back to Health.
  • Privacy controls: app lock with Face ID or passcode, a quiet app icon, export, and Delete everything.

Nothing. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription, no account.

Your privacy

What you log stays on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud, encrypted. No analytics, no tracking, and Hame has no servers, so we never see your data. Read the privacy policy.
